Mini pizza rolls are everyone’s favourite. Learn how to make easy pizza rolls quickly with minimal ingredients, that too without an oven! Use Oddy Ecobake baking sheets for better results.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast
- 1.5 cup maida and1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 table spoon chopped garlic and green chilli.
- 1 cup paneer cubes.
- 1/4 cup chopped onions and capsicum
- 1/2 tablespoon salt, black pepper and mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce/ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter and chopped garlic.
- 1/2 tablespoon mixed herbs and red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
Directions
- Mix sugar and yeast in the lukewarm water and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix maida, salt and milk powder well.
- Mix the activated yeast with the dough and mix well. Add some oil and knead the dough well. Let it rest.
- Sauté the rest of the ingredients in a pan together.
- Now mix the butter, herbs, spices, salt and garlic together to prepare garlic butter sauce.
- Now, make small dough balls and press it with the bottom of a glass.
- Apply the garlic butter on the mini doughs and prick small holes with a fork. Add the chilli paneer on center of the dough and add some grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the baking plate inside a pan and cover it with a lid. Slow cook for 15 minutes. Mini pizza rolls are ready!
