Ingredients
- Cake premix – 2 cups & water – 1 cup
- Chocolate ganache & cherries
- Whipped cream & neutral gel
- Electric blue food gel & Super red gel
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Prepare the cake batter by mixing cake premix with water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mold lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake in a preheated oven or kadai.
- Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts.Place the first layer of the cake on a cake board, apply whipping cream to it, and spread well.
- Add a few cherries to the cream.Repeat the same process for the second and third layers. After crumb-coating the cake, refrigerate it for 10 minutes to set the cake.
- Mix 2 tbsp of chocolate ganache and 1 tbsp of neutral gel to prepare chocolate glaze. Make impressions on the cake with a toothpick to make the spider-man's face and eyes.
- Highlight the border with chocolate glaze as shown. Fill inside the spider-man's eyes with white whipping cream using dot nozzle.
- Fill the spider man's face with red cream using open star nozzle. Make the shell design on the borders with blue and red cream alternatively. Your spider-man cake is ready.
