Easy Swiss Roll Cake in 10 Minutes

Swiss roll is usually a complicated recipe. Here I’ll show an easier way to make it at home without any oven needed. Also, it is vegetarian and hassle-free- no need for eggs, cream, etc. Ecobake helps in demoulding the Swiss roll easily without breaking it and no need to grease the mould.

Ingredients

 

  • milk -1cup
  • maida-1 Cup
  • sugar-1/2cup
  • oil-1/4cup
  • essence -4-5 drop
  • 1 Table spoon lemon juice
  • baking powder -1/2tsp
  • baking soda -1/4tsp

Directions

 

  • Take a mixing bowl and put 1/4 milk add 1 tbsp lemon and mix well keep it for rest 5 mins
  • Add one cups refined oil then add all the dry ingredients baking powder -1/2tsp baking soda -1/4tsp, maida-1 Cup and sugar-1/2cup
  • Mix well all the ingredients take a cake tin place a sheet of oddy ecobake and put the batter in the cake tin.
  • Put the cake tin on griller and cover it with a lead and bake it for 8 to 10 mins
  • Take out the cake tin and peel off the ecobake sheet from the bottom, add fresh cream spread the frosting over the cake. Do not overfill it.
  • With the help of oddy uniwraps paper roll the cake as tightly as possible. (The cake is really soft, do this step carefully)
