Double Chocolate Katori Cake

Doble Cholate Cake is an all-time favourite and what if it’s loaded with some more chocolate i.e. chocolate chips. This recipe requires all the basic ingredients that you can find in your kitchen. Ecobake helps in getting perfect chocolate cup shape without any greasing.

Ingredients

 

  • 3/4 Cup Semolina (suji)
  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Curd (plain yogurt)
  • 1/3 Cup fresh curd
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp choco chips
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • Some choco chips and chopped almonds

Directions

 

  • Firstly take a mixing jar and add ¾ selemon and 1/3 suger mix well into fine powder
  • Add 1.5 coco powder table spoon
  • Add fresh curd 1/3 cup and 2 table spoon oil
  • Add ½ cup milk mix it well and smooth consistency
  • Transfer the mixture in s bowl then cover and rest it for atleast 25 mins
  • Cut a ecobake brown sheet it is cholrine free, take a steel Katori
  • Line the mould with the Brown Ecobake and add some chopped walnuts & choco chips mix well
  • Add baking powder and some milk mix well. Pour the barter fill 3/4 quantity, place katoras in pre heated kadhai cover it and bake it for 20 mins.
  • Check with a wooden stick comes out clean fully and baked now its perfectly baked and spongy
