Ingredients
- Chocolate Cake
- whipped cream
- Green food color gel
- Pink Food color gel
- Yellow Color Gel
Directions
- Prepare a chocolate cake and store it in a container using Uniwrap. Place the cake on a cake board and frost it completely with white coloured cream. Take 2 tbsp of whip cream and add a few drops of green colour gel and mix well. Apply this green cream to the sides of the cake. Remove the excess cream with a cake scraper.
- Stroke the cake top with a silicon brush to create a swirl pattern. Now the cake is ready for the decoration trick. Put white whipped cream in a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle. Practice the thread design on a steel tumbler before recreating it on the cake.
- When it's time to recreate the design on the cake, you should maintain an optimal pressure on the piping bag to get the thread design perfectly. Repeat the steps and complete the design all around the cake. After completing it all over the cake, it will look like a flower vase or flower basket.
- Take Nozzle No.124 with pink cream for the remaining cake decoration. Use a flower nail to make the design of a rose flower. You can use a flat tumbler if you don't have a flower nail. Use yellow cream to make the stamens of the rose flower.
- Repeat the process to make more roses and place them on the cake carefully with the help of a knife. Arrange the bunch of roses on the cake to complete the decoration. You can make roses of any size and colour.
