Easy Vanilla Cake Decoration

An easy trick to decorate your cake. Make your cake look beautiful in just a few minutes using this technique. We use Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper circles for baking. These are pre-cut and non-greasy making it a healthier option for baking.

Ingredients

200 gms vanilla cake premix
100 gms water
1 and ½ tsp oil
Whipping cream 1 cup

Directions

In a bowl add premix, water and oil, whisk well. We use Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper circles. Oddy Ecobake papers are pre-cut and fits easily according to our base tin size. The sizes range from 6 inches to 12 inches. You can use this for cooking and baking also.
Pour the batter and bake at 180 degree Celsius 25-30 mins. Cut the cake into 3 layers. Take the base layer and spray water to moist it. Add 3 tbsp whipped cream and spread everything evenly to cover the top of cake.
Use N1 nozzle and make flower designs as shown in image. Use pipping bags and make leaves with green colour cream. Finish the decoration by spraying silver spray to give the final touch. Our simple vanilla cake is ready.
