Leftover Roti ka Katori is a unique snack recipe. It is easy to prepare from leftover roti, vegetables, cheese, and some spices. It can be an ideal party snack and certainly raises a lot of curiosity among your party guests. This snack requires very minimal effort and can be prepared within minutes. Ingredients

 

  • Leftover roti - 3
  • Oil - For frying
  • Onion - 1 Finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 Finely chopped
  • Processed Cheese
  • Boiled Corn & Capsicum
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Chaat Masala - As required

Directions

 

  • Use 3 leftover rotis and attach them with thread to the bottom of a steel tumbler as shown. To fry roti, heat oil in a pan. On the side where the roti is knotted, lower the steel tumbler into the hot oil.
  • After that, deep fry it over a hot flame until it becomes crispy and golden brown on all sides. Then, using a thong, transfer it onto a serving plate.
  • Allow it to cool for a short while now. Apply sauce to the roti's inner sides before topping it with cheese, onion, tomato, capsicum, and boiling corn. After that, season it with salt and chaat masala.
  • Roti ka katori should be placed on a tawa lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Cook the roti ka katori over a low flame for 5 minutes after covering the tawa with a lid. Roti ka Katori leftovers are prepped for serving.
