Eggless Chocolate Velvet Cake Without Oven

Eggless Chocolate Velvet cake is prepared without oven eggs. While baking the cake, it is good to line the cake with Oddy Ecobake. It helps in the easy removal of cake and saves time on cleaning the cake tin. It is safe, easy, and hassle-free to use.

  • Maida or refined flour- 1 Cup or 150 g
  • Cocoa Powder- 1/4 cup, Milk- 1/2 cup+ 3 tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar- 1/2 cup, Refined oil- 1/4 cup, Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tsp, Vinegar- 1 tsp, Salt- 1/4 tsp, Vanilla Essence- 1/2 tsp
  • Chilled non dairy whipping cream- 1 cup, Cocoa powder- 2-3tbsp
  • Oddy Ecobake



  • In a bowl, take one cup of chilled frosting cream, and add 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder. Whisk it well for 4-5 mins. Keep it in fridge.
  • Take Oddy Ecobake and line the cake-baking tin. For the cake sponge take, in a bowl take 1/2 cup milk add 1 tsp vinegar, and whisk.
  • Then add refined oil, add powdered sugar. Mix till sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Now place a sieve and add 1 cup maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Sieve the dry ingredients and mix well. Add milk and mix again.
  • Mix well till a smooth lump-free batter is formed. Pour the cake batter in the tin. Preheat the kadhai for 5 mins on medium flame. Cover it with a lid, and bake it on a low medium flame for 20-25 mins.
  • After it's baked, allow it to cool and remove it from the cake tin. Remove the top part layer of the cake and blend it in a mix for a few seconds. The remaining part is cut into three layers. Next, spread little frosting cream on the cake board and place one layer.
  • Soak it with sugar syrup (1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp sugar). Spread on the layer of prepared cocoa frosting evenly. Repeat the steps for the other two layers. Lastly, coat the entire cake with the same cream.
  • Smoothen and even the cream on the sides and top part of the cake. Now coat the cream with the ground cake mixture. Sprinkle the mixture well covering the entire cake.
  • Pour the remaining cream into a piping bag and suing a rose nozzle, create a design on the top part of the cake. . 
  • Make the same design on the border part of the cake. Make some circles and leaves on the center part of the cake. Place some chocolate waffles for decoration
