The chocolate brownie is a cake with crispy edges, fluffy middles, and a rich chocolate flavour. This recipe shows how to make homemade brownies that are eggless yet soft and moist. This is made from basic pantry ingredients but tastes yummy. This is a must-try recipe for chocolate lovers. Ingredients

 

  • Chopped Dark Chocolate - 1 Cup (140 gm) & Butter - 1/2 Cup (100 gm)
  • Brown Sugar (Powder) - 1 Cup (130 gm) & Vanilla Essence - 1 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup (120 ml)
  • Dry ingredients: All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup (130 gm) & Pinch of Baking Powder Pinch of Baking Soda & Pinch of Salt
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup (100 gm) & Instant Coffee - 2 Tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, take chopped dark chocolate and butter, melt using the double boiler method, and beat. Now add curd to it and beat well. Then, using the cut and fold method, combine the sifted dry ingredients and coffee powder.
  • Add milk to it and mix well to form a smooth batter. Grease cake moulds with oil and pour batter into them. Scatter chocolate chips and chopped almonds and walnuts into each of them.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the brownies for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Check it with a toothpick to see if it is baked perfectly.
  • To bake the cookies on a stove: Preheat the kadai for 10 minutes on a low flame. Line the cookie mould tin with Oddy Ecobake and pour the batter; garnish with almonds and chocolate chips.
  • Bake the brownies for 25 minutes on a low flame. The eggless chocolate brownies are done and ready to eat.
