Ingredients

  • Vanilla cake premix - 180 gm, Oil - 2 tbsp & Water - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar syrup, Whipped cream & Oddy Ecobake
  • Neutral gel - 3 tbsp, Blue food gel - Few drops & Water - 1.5 tbsp
  • Pink Food gel and Green food gel

Directions

  • Mix the vanilla cake premix with oil and water to prepare the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 165 degrees C.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the top of the cake. Then divide the cake into three equal parts. Beat the whipping cream in a bowl and beat it until stiff peaks are formed. Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup.
  • Apply whipping cream. Spread it uniformly with a spatula. Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with the cream and level it using a card and spatula.
  • Mix neutral gel with water and blue food gel, and mix well. Transfer the blue gel to a piping bag. Make drops in the cake with blue gel. Take a spoon, place the tip of the spoon on the blue gel, and drag it along to make a petal design.
  • Repeat this process for all the dots. Similarly, make a pattern with blue gel at the bottom of the cake, as shown. Make rosettes on a straw with a No. 125 nozzle and pink cream.
  • Arrange these rosettes at the center of the cake as described. Make leaf designs beside the cake with green cream. Make a border at the bottom of the cake with an open star nozzle to finish the decoration.
