Ingredients

¼ cup Melted Butter
½ cup Powdered sugar
½ Tsp Vanilla essence
¾ Cup Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp Milk Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
Sugar Syrup
Chenna Cream Frosting
Blue Food Color
Silver Balls

Directions

Take a mixing bowl and add ¼ cup melted butter, ½ cup powder sugar, ½ tsp vanilla essence, mix them well until it gets fluffy. Then add ¾ cup of butter milk and mix it as well.
Using a sieve starin ¾ cup of wheat flour, 2 tbsp of milk powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda in the same bowl and mix the ingredients properly.
Pour the batter in a cake tin lined with Oddy Ecobake Baking and Cooking Paper. Place the tin in kadhai and bake it on low flame for 40 mins.
After 40 mins demold the cake, let it cool down for some time then cut it into three layers.
Take a layer, soak it with sugar syrup and apply a layer of chenna frosting on it. Spread it evenly and palace another layer on top, repeat the process for all 3 layers.
Crumb coat the cake, smoother it from top and sides using a spatula or card.
For frosting, add a few drops of blue gel food color in whipped cream, mix it well, transfer into a piping bag and make flowers like structure as shown in the video.
Sprinkle some silver balls on the top for decoration and your cake is ready to serve.
