Ingredients

 

  • 900gm premix powder
  • Whipped cream
  • Mango crush, Pineapple crush, Strawberry crush,
  • Tutti Frutti
  • Red and yellow edible color
  • Cake decoration

Directions

 

  • Make 3 sponge of 8 inches each using 300 gm premix powder and Oddy Ecobake Baking and Cooking Paper.
  • scrape the upper layer of cake sponge if it is hard, and divide it in 3 layers, do the same for the other two cakes sponges also now Place the first layer of cake and apply a coating of whipped cream on it, and some mango crush with cherries over it and put another layer on, repeat the process with different flavor crush over it for both the remaining layers, and do the same for the other two cakes also as shown in the video.
  • Crumb Coat the cakes completely, and smoothen it using a scrapper or card
  • Make a peach color whipped cream using red and yellow color and crumb coat the cake completely and smooth it.
  • Decorate the cake as shown in the video.
