  • Chopped carrots & Chopped onions
  • Chopped beetroots & Shredded cabbage
  • Cumin & Oil
  • Garam masala & Salt
  • Turmeric powder & Boiled potatoes

  • Add oil to a pan and let the cumin splutter. Add the chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  • Then add the chopped vegetables one by one and fry for a little while. Then add turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala to it and stir until they cook well.
  • Also, add mashed boiled potatoes to it and mix. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and mix. Lastly, add bread crumbs to it and mix well.
  • Make them into round cutlet patties and shallow fry them in hot oil. The hot cutlets are ready to serve when they are crisp and brown on both sides.
