Healthy Easy Paratha

Paratha is one of the healthiest breakfast options. Let’s look at one of the simplest paratha recipes that is quick to make. Ingredients

 

  • 1 boiled potato grated
  • Wheat Flour -2 cups
  • Turmeric -¼tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Mutton Masala - 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - ½ tbsp
  • Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp
  • Carom seed - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • water
  • Oil

Directions

 

  • Grate 1 big boiled potato in a bowl. Mix 2 cups of wheat flour, ¼ teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of mutton masala, ½ teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of crushed kasuri methi, 1 teaspoon of crushed carom seed , salt to taste and water as required.
  • Heat a pan and apply oil to the pan. Once heated, put the batter in it and spread it as shown in the video.
  • Cover the paratha and fry it on low flame for 2-3 minutes on both sides with oil or ghee. Your paratha is ready. Remove the paratha in Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper to remove excess oil. Oddy Ecobake helps to keep your paratha fresh and also can be resued.
  • Serve the paratha with ghee and pickle
