Healthy Veggie Mayo Sandwich

About the Recipe

An easy sandwich recipe that is full of veggies and also keeps your kids happy and fuller for a longer time.   • 3 onions chopped
  • 1 beetroot grated
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • Mayo 4 tbsp
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 chilly finely chopped
  • Add salt later
  • 1 cucumber sliced



  • Mix all onion, beetroot, tomato, carrot capsicum, chilies, mayo and mix well.
  • Apply peanut butter in bread slices. And just when you want to pack or serve the sandwich add salt mix it well and apply on the bread. Add cucumber slices and place the other bread slice.
