Today we are going to see a breakfast recipe for weight loss: It is made from jowar (sorghum flour) and besan (chickpea flour) and lots of vegetables. Oddy Ecobake is used to flatten the roti without dusting it with flour.

Sorghum flour(jowar atta)-30 g & Chickpeas flour (besan)-30 gm
Bottle gourd(lauki)-100 gm & Onion-30 gm
Coriander leaves- handful & Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp & Red chili flakes-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4th tsp & Salt-as per taste
Oil- few drops & Oddy Ecobake
Fill a bowl halfway with 30 g of sorghum flour (about 5 teaspoons). Now add 30 g of chickpea flour; it is nearly 4 spoons.
Add grated bottle gourd, a finely chopped onion, and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl. Add salt, red chilli flakes, carom seeds, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder.
Now mix well to prepare the dough. Divide this dough into two parts. With the help of Oddy Ecobake, flatten the roti as shown.
Cook both sides of this roti on the tawa. Add a few drops of oil on top of the rotis. Our healthy, high-protein roti is ready.
