Homemade Round Bread Without An Oven

Ingredients

 

  • 2 tbsp sugar & 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 cup maida & Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter & Lukewarm water as required

Directions

 

  • Activate the yeast by mixing it with sugar in lukewarm water and letting it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Once the yeast is activated, add the maida, salt, and lukewarm water.
  • Mix everything and knead well to make a dough. Apply oil to the dough and let it sit for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 hour, knead the dough again and transfer it to a mould.
  • Apply butter to the bottom of the mould and the lid before putting the dough inside it. Bake the dough in a preheated kadai for 1/2 an hour.
  • After half an hour, bake the dough by keeping the mould in the inverted position. Once the bread is baked, cool it using a cloth. Use Oddy Uniwraps to store the bread and to keep it fresh and soft.
