Ingredients

 

  • 110 grams Maida,
  • 75 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 tsp light cocoa powder & pinch of salt
  • 60 grams normal refined oil, 120 grams normal water
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp Red velvet emulsion (alternative - red gel colour and essence and colour)
  • white chocochips for toppings

Directions

 

  • Line the cupcake baking tray with oddy ecobake lining papers by cutting it in rectanges, folding, find the centre point and placing it in the tray ad then cutting the paper for perfect baking.
  • In large bowl, place a strainer and pour all the dry ingredients such as 110 grams maida, 75 grams powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 tsp light cocoa powder, pinch of salt. Seive all dry ingredients. Next add 60 grams normal refined oil, 120 grams normal water and mix well.
  • Next add 1/2 tbsp baking powder and give it a thorough mix.
  • Lastlly add 1/2 tsp Red velvet emulsion and red edible gel colour. As an alternative to emulsion, you can add red velvet essence and 2-3 drops of red gel colour. Give it a final mix.
  • Pour the batter in a piping bag and fill in the lining papers.
  • Finally top it with white chocochips and bake it for 20 mins at 180 degree in a preheated oven. After baking it is ready for serving. One can apply frosting cream also instead of white chocochips.
