How to Make a Square-Shaped Omelette

Make this square-shaped omelette without using a square pan. This will make a healthy breakfast option. Oddy Ecobake helps you make the omelette into a perfect square without the need for a square pan as they are made in restaurants.

Ingredients

Grated carrot & Grated cabbage
Finely chopped onion & Capsicum
Salt, pepper powder and eggs
Turmeric powder, butter & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Add grated carrots, chopped onions, capsicum, and grated cabbage to a bowl.
Break one egg in the bowl and add salt, pepper, and turmeric powder, and mix well.
Heat a tawa and grease it with butter. Place the square Oddy Ecobake as shown.
Pour the egg mixture into the Oddy Ecobake square and let it cook for a while. Transfer it to a plate once the omelette is ready!
