Iced Cookie Cake

Cookies are everyone’s best friend. Here is a simple cookie dish that is crunchier on the inside and icy and flavorful on the outside. We can get the best of making this dish by using Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles and Oddy Ecobake baking papers as it is hassle-free and does not require greasing.

Ingredients

 

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate
  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup sugar powder
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 2 tbsp cream

Directions

 

  • In a pan add water and let it boil. Take a glass bowl place it in the pan, add butter, dark chocolate and melt it using the double boiler method.
  • After melting let it cold down to room temperature. Then add wheat flour, sugar powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix it nicely. Add milk. chopped walnuts and mix again to form a dough. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
  • Oddy Ecobake cooking paper is pre-cut and easy to use. Ecobake pre-cut papers are healthy, eco-friendly, and hassle-free. Place Ecobake cooking paper on a steel plate.
  • Knead the dough again and make small balls. Flatten and make the shape of cookie. Preheat cooker for 10 mins. Place the cookies and cook for low flame at 12 mins.
  • Once done remove the cookies in Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper as they are non-greasy and non-sticky.
  • Add chocolate, cream in a bowl and using double broiler method melt the mixture. Chocolate ganache is ready. Now make chocolate swirls on cookies and top it with sprinkles. Iced cookie cake is ready.
