Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 7 Tbsp corn flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 gm dark chocolate

Directions

  • Take a round cylindrical container or sev maker. Here I have used Oddy Ecobake baking paper. Line sev maker with Oddy Ecobake.
  • In a saucepan add sugar, cocoa powder, and corn flour, and mix well. Gradually add milk. Keep whisking while adding milk to avoid lumps. Place on the stove.
  • Whisk continuously at low flame and let the mixture thicken nicely into a smooth batter consistency. Add dark chocolate and mix well. The mixture should have no lumps.
  • We do not have to grease Oddy Ecobake baking paper. Directly pour the mixture into the sev maker. Tap and spread uniformly. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Demould after refrigeration.
  • Remove Oddy Ecobake paper. In a dish place Oddy Ecobake baking paper and keep our Chocolate roll on it. Dust cocoa powder and cut slices with a hot knife. The chocolate Mousse Roll cut is ready to serve.
