Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate pre-mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 400 gm milk chocolate
  • 200 gm fresh cream
  • Chocolates of your choice for decoration

Directions

  • Take 1 cup of chocolate pre-mix and 1/2 cup of water and mix well without any lumps. Take a 6 inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake baking paper and transfer the cake mix.
  • If you are going to make it on the stove, pre-heat the stove for 15 minutes on medium heat. Or else, preheat the oven to 180°F for 20 minutes. Make a ganache with 400 gm of white chocolate and 200 gm of fresh cream.
  • When the cake is ready, cut it into two halves. Soak half of the sponge with water. Frost the cake with chocolate ganache. Garnish the cake with chocolates like dairy milk and gems.
  • Keep the second layer of cake on this. Press the upper layer of the cake so that the cake looks straight. Apply the frosting to the sides of the cake. Soak the upper layer of the sponge with water before frosting it.
  • After frosting it with chocolate ganache, keep it aside and set the cake for 10 minutes before decorating it. Cover the entire layer of cake with chocolate ganache.
  • Freeze the cake for 1 to 2 hours. Later, decorate the cake with chocolate drip and place various varieties of chocolate on the cake.
