Ingredients

 

  • Hung curd
  • 2 tsp capsicum
  • 2 tsp onion
  • 2 green chilies and coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Few slices of bread

Directions

 

  • Take hung curd (without water), add 2 tsp capsicum, 1 onion, 2 green chilies, coriander leaves, salt as required and mix well.
  • Take few slices of bread and cut the edges. Take one bread and roll it to make it flat and thin.
  • Apply the curd paste on the bread and fold the bread and prepare like a cutlet (or) you can apply the paste on one slice and use another slice on top of it and fold it.
  • Take a pan and put little ghee/oil/ butter and roast the folded bread on the it till they become golden brown and crisp.
  • Use Oddy uniwrap to wrap the bread for future use.
