Ingredients

  • 1/3rd cup pre-mix
  • 1/4th cup water
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • Rasamalai Milk :-
  • Milk - 1/2 liter
  • Corn flour - 1tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 150gms
  • Yellow Gel Colour - 2 drops
  • Chopped dryfruits - 2tbsp
  • Kesar - 7-8 strands

Directions

  • Take a 4 inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake baking paper. Combine 1/3 cup pre-mix and 1/4 cup water. If you are going to make it on the stove, pre-heat the stove for 10 minutes on medium heat. Or else, preheat the oven to 180°F for 20 minutes.
  • Keep the stove on high for 5 minutes and 15 minutes on low to bake the cake. Drain the syrup from rasagulla and add it to the rasmalai milk. Cut the cake into three layers. Soak the bottom layer of the cake with Rasmalai milk.
  • Apply the frosting to the cake and place rasmalai pieces on it. Cover the sides of the cake with frosting. After frosting the cake completely, add one more layer of cake to the bottom layer. Repeat the same process as we did for the bottom layer of the cake.
  • Now place the third layer of the cake on this and repeat the process of soaking with rasmalai milk. Add yellow food colour to the frosting. Frost the cake and garnish with chopped dried fruits.
