Kesar Pista Ice Cream Without Cream and Condensed Milk

Make this Kesar Pista roll-cut ice cream without using any condensed milk or cream. It is very simple and easy to make and requires only five ingredients. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your ice cream, and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Milk – 450 ml & Sugar – ¼ cup
  • 2 tbsp milk + ½ kesar
  • Milk powder – 2 tbsp & Milk – ¼ cup
  • Custard powder – 2 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Boil milk and sugar in a saucepan till it reduces to half of the quantity. Add the kesar to the milk and combine well. Add custard powder and milk powder to the milk and mix everything together.
  • Add the kesar mixture and custard powder mixture to the reduced milk and boil until they turn into a thick paste. Transfer this paste into a mixer jar and churn for a minute to form a thick paste.
  • Take a steel mould and line it with Ecobake cooking paper as shown. Transfer the paste into the steel mould and close it. Freeze the steel mould for 8 hours or overnight to form the icecream. After 8 hours, demould the ice cream and cut it into slices.
