Today we are going to learn the recipe for Khari Bhaji Kachori. This Khari Bhaji Kachori is very healthy as it is made of wheat flour, methi leaves, and crushed ground nuts. Oddy Uniwraps helps you pack and store the khari bhaji kachori and keep it fresh for a long time.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Dariya Ni Bhaji/Khari Bhaji/Moras Ni Bhaji & Oddy Uniwraps
- Groundnut Oil/Ghee & 1/4 Cup Coarsely Ground Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Raisins/Kishmish & 1 tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice & 1/4 Cup Dessicated Coconut
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder & 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Groundnut Oil/Ghee & Water As required
Directions
- Wash the methi leaves in water for 3 to 4 times and drain the excess water. Prepare the dough by mixing wheat flour with salt, oil, and water.
- Let the dough rest for some time. Grind the methi leaves in a mixer jar as shown. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and roast crushed groundnuts in it.
- Then add ground methi leaves and cook for some time. Add dry grapes, cashew nuts, lemon juice, dessicated coconut, and black pepper powder to the methi leaves and groundnut mixture.
- The stuffing is ready. Now divide the dough into small roundels as shown. Take a roundel, roll it, and fill it with stuffing as shown.
- Now in a baking tray, line with it Oddy Ecobake papers. It is easy and convenient to use for baking, cooking or steaming. So just before you pour in the batter, add 1/4 tsp eno powder and 1/4 tsp water and give a good mix to activate the eco.
- In the meantime, put the water for boil for placing the dhokla batter for steaming. Now pour the batter in the tray and pat the base to settle the batter equally. Sprinkle little red chilli powder on the batter.
- Fry the stuffed kachporis in hot oil as shown. Your Khari Bhaji Kachori is ready. You can pack them in Oddy Uniwraps foil to keep the kachoris fresh and hot.
