Make Doritos at Home With Maize Flour

In comparison to store-bought Doritos, these homemade versions taste very decent and are far healthier. Maize flour is the primary component used to make these Doritos. With Oddy Ecobake, there is no additional cleanup required and the dough can be rolled without sticking to the surface you are kneading it on.

Ingredients

Water - 1 cup & Maize flour - 1.25 cups
Salt, herbs mix & turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 1/4 cup & Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Cheese powder - 3 to 4 tbsp

Directions

Heat water in a pan and add salt, herbs mix and turmeric powder to the water and mix well. Add maize flour to the water, mix well, and switch off the stove and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Now make a dough by kneading the maize flour with water and adding maida and corn flour. Take Oddy Ecobake and place a small portion of the dough on it.
Roll the dough flat using a rolling pin and cut it into a square shape. Make holes in the dough using a fork or toothpick. Cut the dough into smaller triangles as shown, using a pizza cutter or knife.
Close the lid and shake the air container well so that the cheese powder coats the doirtos well. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
