Homemade Choco Lava Cookies

Choco lava cakes can add life to a party. However, buying those can be expensive. What if you make those choco lava cakes at home with few of the ingredients? With the help of Oddy Ecobake you can now make these choco lava cake at your home easily.   • Dark Chocolate - 1/3 Cup
  • Water - 1Tsbp
  • Butter - 50 gm
  • Sugar Powder - 1/4 Cup
  • Flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Coca Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1 Tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking paper circles - 1 sheet


  • Add 1/3 cup of dark chocolate and 1 tsp of water and mix it well till the time chocolate starts to melt. Once done, transfer the melted chocolate to a bowl.
  • Refrigerate the melted chocolate for 15 minutes till it gets hard
  • Now, add 50 gm of butter to a bowl and whisk it till it becomes fluffy. Now add 1/4 cup of sugar powder and whisk it again till it comes in a good consistency.
  • Once the mixture comes in a fluffy batter, place a strainer on top of the bowl and add 1/2 cup of maida, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, and sieve as well as mix it well.
  • Add 1 tsp of milk to the mixture and make a dough. Now, take small dough portions and give the round shape.
  • Press the round shape dough at the center and add the melted chocolate to the center. Now cover the dough and make it a round flat shape
  • Now, use Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles, put them over a small plate and place the cookie dough in it.
  • Take a large container and place a wire stand inside it, and let it preheat for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes, place the baking plate on the wire stand and cover the lid.
  • Bake the cookies at low flame for 15 minutes. Remove the lid after 15 minutes, and your homemade choco lave cookies without oven are prepared.
