  • Add 1/2 tsp of ghee and 1/2 cup of milk to a pan. Now add 3 tbsp of milk powder and mix it well. Cook the mixture until it becomes slightly thick
  • Add 2 tbsp of sugar powder, and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and cook the mixture at medium flame.
  • When the mixture gets completely thick, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Take Brown Oddy Ecobake sheet as it is non-sticky, chlorine, and hassle-free and place it over a mold.
  • Now, take 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan and let it melt. Once melted properly, gradually add 1/4 cup of cream. Now add 2 tsp of butter to the mixture and let it melt.
  • To check if it has become perfect caramel, add a little bit of mixture to a bowl and check if it gets molded properly or not.
  • Now, add 1/4 tsp of salt to the caramel mixture to even out the taste.
  • Pour the caramel mixture into the mold. Take the choco eclairs filling. Roll it on the Ecobake paper and cut it into thin slices
  • Now place the eclairs filling on the caramel mold and cut it into rolls
  • Roll the caramel and give it a round cylindrical shape and cut it into small pieces. Your homemade Cadbury eclairs are ready.
