Make garlic Butter easily at home

You can make this easy garlic butter at home. Relish it with slathering on breads and using it in your favourite pastas and in many more recipes. Ingredients

12-15 garlic pods slit multiple times
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Pizza mix 1 tsp
Butter 250 gms
Salt 1 tsp

Directions

In a pan add a little butter and roast the garlic nicely. Slit the garlic but don’t cut it finely, we will remove the garlic later. Now add a little salt, this will remove the flavour from garlic. Roast for another 3-4 mins.
Now add the butter, chilli flakes, oregano, pizza mix and mix well and switch off the gas. After some time remove the garlic pods for our garlic butter.
Take Oddy Uniwraps and set it inside a glass container Now add the melted butter in the container and let it set for some time in kitchen counter or refrigerator it for a few hours.
