Make These Pizza Pops Without Maida

About the Recipe

Make these yummy pizza pops or pizza pockets with wheat flour. As we are not using maida to make these pizza pops here, this healthy recipe can be packed in the kids’ tiffin box. Uniwraps paper foil helps in packing these pockets to keep them fresh for 4 hours, and it prevents them from becoming soggy.

Ingredients

 

  • Wheat flour – 1.5 cups & Curd – ½ cup
  • Salt – ½ tsp & Baking powder – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp & Boiled Sweet corn – ½ cup
  • Capsicum – ¼ cup & Carrot – ¼ cup
  • Paneer – ¼ cup & Green chilli – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp & Black Olives – 1 tsp
  • Mozarella cheese – ½ cup & Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp, Chilli flakes – ½ tsp

Directions

 

  • Make the dough by mixing wheat flour, curd, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl along with water. Let the dough rest for some time.
  • Prepare the stuffing by mixing boiled sweet corn, capsicum, paneer, carrot, green chillies, black oilives, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, salt, pepper powder, and mozarella cheese.
  • Take a small portion of the dough, roll it flat, and fill it with stuffing. Make three stuffed balls like this and paste them to the tawa by applying some water to the ends of the stuffed balls.
  • Cook these balls for 2 to 3 minutes. As shown, cook the upper side of the balls by facing the other side of the tawa directly towards the flame.
  • Cook until the brown spots appear on them. Pack them using Uniwraps paper foil to keep them fresh for a long time.
