Make This Creamy Custard Ice Cream

Try this awesome custard ice cream recipe for your dessert time. We are going to make this ice cream with heavy cream or whipped cream and jelly. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your ice cream without greasing it, and it also aids in demolding the ice cream easily.

  • Milk – ½ cup & Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour) – 2 tbsp
  • Heavy or Whip Cream – ½ cup
  • Yellow food colour & Jelly – ¼ cup



  • Add milk, sugar, and vanilla-flavored custard powder to a pan and heat them together to form a thick paste.
  • Beat heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Once the cream turns thick and stiff, add the custard mixture and yellow food colouring to the cream and mix again.
  • Add jelly to the prepared ice cream base. Transfer it to a mold or cylindrical steel tumbler lined with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Freeze the mould for 8 to 12 hours or overnight. Demould the icecream and cut it into slices to enjoy.
