Make This Eggless Banana Cake as a Tea Time Snack

About the Recipe

With maida and bananas, banana cake is a traditional, rich, and creamy dessert. This cake can be shared as a snack with a cup of tea or coffee or given as a dessert with a choice of frosting. With the aid of Ecobake, your cake can be perfectly shaped without the need for further cleanup or greasing.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 banana & 1/2 cup oil & 3/4 cu powder sugar
  • 1.5 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda & 1/3 cup choco chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence & 1/3 cup milk

Directions

 

  • Mash bananas in a mixing bowl and add oil and powdered sugar to the mashed bananas.
  • Once everything is mixed up, add the dry ingredients through a sieve along with choco chips to the bowl and combine well to form the cake batter.
  • Add vanilla essence and milk to the cake batter to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • Transfer the batter into a loaf tin lined with Brown Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake in an oven or air fryer at 170 °C for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Once the banana cake is baked and cooled, cut it into smaller slices and enjoy.
