Making Egg Cubes with Oddy Ecobake

Bored with making gravies with boiled eggs? Try making these egg cubes at home. You can use these egg cubes to make egg manchurian or egg gravy. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps steam the eggs to make egg cubes in the rice cooker.

Ingredients

Eggs - 4
Coriander leaves
Onions
Salt as needed
Brown Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Chop onions and coriander leaves finely. The eggs were whisked together with finely chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Add salt and pepper as required and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a bowl lined with brown Ecobake cooking paper.
Place the bowl in a rice cooker with water in it. Steam the egg mixture for 5 to 10 minutes and switch off the rice cooker.
Open the bowl and demould it. Remove the Brown Oddy Ecobake and cut the egg into small cubes and add them to any gravy.
