Paneer Schezwan Cheese Sandwich

About the Recipe

Sandwiches are often made with sliced cheese and vegetables sandwiched between pieces of bread. For breakfast or as a snack for your kids, quickly assemble a paneer schezwan cheese sandwich with chopped vegetables, paneer cubes, topped with grated cheese and seasoning. In a pan lined with Oddy Ecobake, which is heat-proof, moisture-balancing, and reusable if done in batches, toast the sandwich.
