About the Recipe

Kulfi is a frozen dessert made with pure full-fat milk, sugar, and a flavoring ingredient like cardamom or saffron. Sometimes cream, chopped nuts, or tutti-frutti are also added to it for flavor and richness. Here, Oddy Ecobake, which is convenient to use and can be cut into desired sizes, gives a perfect shape to the mould of the kulfi, and demoulding is made easy.
