Mango Marble Ice Cream uses just 3-4 ingredients and can be made in no time when you have a sweet craving. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect ice cream without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterward.

Ingredients
- 1 Piece of Mango & Green cardamon seeds
- 1 Cup whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp sugar & Condensed milk- 1/3 cup
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Take 1 piece of mango, slice it and scoop out pulp as shown in the video. Transfer the mango pulp to a mixer jar.
- Add sugar to this along with some green cardamom seeds. Churn it and make a puree out of it.
- Take 1 cup of fresh cream. Whisk until it becomes fluffy in texture. Once it is fluffy, add condensed milk to it. Mix it well.
- Divide this mixture equally into two bowls. In the first bowl, add vanilla essence and mix again.
- In the second bowl, add mango puree. Mix it well. Mango flavoured base is ready.
- Line the container with Oddy Ecobake. Then pour vanilla and mango base parallely. Add Ecobake on top as well.
- Cover the lid and refrigerate for 7-8 hours. Remove the lid after refrigeration. Demould the ice cream from the container.
- Cut it into slices and your creamy marble Mango Ice cream is ready to serve.
