Ingredients

  • Lukewarm water- 1/2 cup & Sugar- 3 tsp
  • Yeast (active dry)- 1.5 tsp & All purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup & Oats flour- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp & Milk powder- 2 tbsp
  • Water- 1/2 cup & Olive oil- 2.5 tbsp
  • Veggies of your choice & Butter
  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper tray
  • Salt, Oregano & Rosemary

Directions

  • In a bowl, take lukewarm water and add sugar. Mix it until sugar starts melting. Then put in the yeast and mix it. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, you will see the yeast has swollen up. If it doesn't, then don't use it.
  • In a mixing bowl, take all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour and oats flour. Then put in some salt and milk powder for binding. Mix all of this together either with hands or a dough mixer if you have.
  • Then put in the yeast mixture which we had prepared earlier. Knead the dough and add water when required in batches. Add olive oil and knead the dough.
  • Keep the dough sticky so that the bread turns out super amazing and tasty. Take a glass bowl and spread olive oil around the sides of it.
  • Keep the dough in a bowl and let it poof for 2-3 hours. Cover the bowl with a cloth.
  • After 2 hours, the dough had doubled up. Slowly push out the air using your fists.
  • Line the baking tray with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray and transfer the dough to the tray. Using your fingers, spread the dough evenly as shown in the video.
  • Decorate it the way you want it using different vegetables. Sprinkle it with some Salt, Oregano & Rosemary.
  • Give it a milk wash as well. Let it rest again for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven at 190 Degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Bake it at 180 Degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can bake it for more time if required. Your delicious Focaccia bread is ready to eat.
