This recipe will teach you how to make mini chocolate cakes in just 5 minutes without the use of oil, butter or curd. Use Oddy Ecobake baking paper to store the dough. It is non-sticky and 100% ecofriendly.

Ingredients

1/2 cup All purpose Flour
1/4 cup sugar powder
2 tablespoon milk powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whipped cream
2 tablespoon chocolate ganache.

Directions

Take all ingredients to prepare batter and mix well.
Add half cup milk and make a thick paste.
Heat the pan and add some oil and pour the batter in small round shapes. Cover and cook in low flame for 1 minute. Flip and cook it like a mini pancake.
Whisk the cream and chocolate ganache together to prepare chocolate frosting.
Add chocolate frosting on top of one small pancake and place another pancake on top of it., and smoothen the sides.
Dip the cake in dark chocolate sauce and place it on Oddy Ecobake sheets. Add toppings of your choice and the mini chocolate cake is ready!
