Mini chocolate cakes in just 5 minutes!

This recipe will teach you how to make mini chocolate cakes in just 5 minutes without the use of oil, butter or curd. Use Oddy Ecobake baking paper to store the dough. It is non-sticky and 100% ecofriendly.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar powder
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate ganache.

Directions

  • Take all ingredients to prepare batter and mix well.
  • Add half cup milk and make a thick paste.
  • Heat the pan and add some oil and pour the batter in small round shapes. Cover and cook in low flame for 1 minute. Flip and cook it like a mini pancake.
  • Whisk the cream and chocolate ganache together to prepare chocolate frosting.
  • Add chocolate frosting on top of one small pancake and place another pancake on top of it., and smoothen the sides.
  • Dip the cake in dark chocolate sauce and place it on Oddy Ecobake sheets. Add toppings of your choice and the mini chocolate cake is ready!
