Mozzarella Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients

 

  • Dry yeast-1 tsp & Sugar-1 tbsp & Warm water-1/4 cup
  • All purpose flour- 1 cup & Salt-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp & Melted butter- 3 tbsp & Chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp & Mixed herbs- ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes-1/2 tsp & Sesame seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take lukewarm water in a bowl, add sugar, stir, and dissolve. Add dry yeast to it, mix, and rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add all-purpose flour and salt to the bowl, mix, and make a soft dough. Grease the pan with oil, wrap it in a cover, and let it rest for 2 hours.
  • Take melted butter, add garlic, coriander, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes to it, and mix well to make garlic butter. Line a plate with Oddy Ecobake. Remove the plastic wrap from the dough and punch it well. Dust all-purpose flour on a rolling board and roll the dough thick.
  • Place the rolled dough on the plate. Make parallel cuts all across it, cover it, and rest it for 10 minutes. Apply garlic butter and sprinkle sesame seeds. Make deep cuts and place mozzarella cheese in between them, then sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
  • Place a wire stand in the pan, cover it, and preheat for 5 minutes. Place the plate in it and cook for 25 minutes on a low flame. Remove from heat, brush with garlic butter, and serve hot. The cheesy and tasty garlic butter bites are ready.
