Nankhatai is a sweet delicacy. This recipe will show you how to make it at home with few ingredients and in easy steps. To bake Nankhatai, use Oddy Ecobake. It is safe, easy, and convenient to use. It is reusable and made form eco friendly material. No need to pre-grease the baking tray.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups Maida, 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1 cup Sugar, 1 cup Ghee
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Sieve the Maida and Besan together in plate. Take ghee and beat it to make it fluffy.
  • Add sugar in the ghee and again beat it well to make it fluffy. It should have a sft creamy texture. Mix this mixture to the maida and besan flour.
  • Mix it well by hand. Don't add water or milk. Use Oddy Ecobake on the baking plate or tray. Make round flat balls.
  • Coat it with ghee or butter. Garnish with sliced almond or cashew. Place the nankhatai on the baking tray.
  • Preheat the kadhai for 5 mins. Bake in kadhai for 20-22 mins. Bake in oven for 15 mins at 180 degree.
