Rasmalai Burfi or Fudge Without Milk or Mawa

Enjoy making and eating this simple, extremely delicious, and rich rasmalai fudge barfi recipe. This can be made without milk, mawa, ghee, milk powder, or condensed milk. Oddy Ecobake helps you spread and set the rasmalai fudge without greasing the mould with oil or butter.

Ingredients

 

  • Soft butter - 20 gm & Condensed milk - 100 gm
  • Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp & Kesar food color - 2 pinches
  • White chocolate - 200 gm & Chopped nuts
  • Saffron strands, Silver vark and Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Add soft butter, condensed milk, elaichi powder, condensed milk, kesar food color, and white chocolate to a pan and mix well.
  • Heat them and cook until they completely melt. Transfer the mixture to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake and spread evenly.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and let it rest for a while. Once the rasmalai fudge is completely set, demold it and apply silver vark.
  • Cut the rasmalai fudge into small pieces of the desired shape. Enjoy your amazing rasmalai fudge!
