New Breakfast Recipe with Vermicelli

About the Recipe

Try this new breakfast recipe with vermicelli and rava. You can make this simple breakfast when you don’t have idli or dosa batter. Oddy Ecobake helps you flatten the rava vermicelli batter without using oil or ghee. There is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Rava - 1 cup & Vermicelli - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup & Rice flour - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Onion - 1, Carrot - 1 & Green chillies - 2
  • Salt & water as required & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Roast the vermicelli and rava in a pan until they turn aromatic. Switch off the stove and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Once they have cooled down, mix them with curd and water. Let the mixture rest for a while.
  • Then add the chopped onions, grated carrots, and green chillies to the mixture and give it a good mix.
  • Add salt and rice flour to the mixture and combine well. Your batter is ready.
  • Take a portion of the batter and flatten it on the Oddy Ecobake with wet fingers as shown.
  • Transfer the dosa to the tawa and cook it until it turns golden brown. Your vermicelli dosa is ready!
