Rasmalai Chocolate Disc

Today, we’re going to learn how to make a rasmalai chocolate disc. Enjoy these wonderful homemade chocolates that are simple to make, luxurious, and covered with rose petals and nuts. Ingredients

 

  • 150 gm melted white chocolate & Pinch of yellow dust colour
  • 1/3rd cup roasted dry fruits & 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Pinch of saffron & Chopped pistachio & almonds
  • Dry rose petals, Saffron & Edible golden paper & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Melt white chocolate in a bowl using the double boiler method.
  • Add yellow food colouring, roasted dry fruits, cardamom powder, and a pinch of saffron to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  • Take a plate and line it with Oddy Ecobake. Place a ring on it and line it with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the ring and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  • Demold and remove Oddy Ecobake from the ring once the chocolate has set. Your Rasmalai chocolate disc is now ready!
