No Bake Easy Mango Cheesecake Recipe

No bake Mango Cheesecake Recipe is very easy to make and super delicious to eat. It can be made by anyone, including children. No use of the oven and no baking process. To set the base of the cheesecake, one can make use of Brown Oddy Ecobake papers. It can be used in baking, cooking, and refrigerator. Try this recipe with kids today.

Ingredients

 

  • 50 gram any biscuits
  • 15 gram unsalted butter
  • 50 gram cream cheese
  • 10 gram powder sugar
  • 3-4 drops vanilla essence
  • 100 gram whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon mango compote or crush

Directions

 

  • Take Brown Oddy Ecobake papers and cut it into small squares and place it in the cupcake baking tray to give it a shape of round circle.
  • Next take 50 gm biscuits (8-9) and grind them fine. Add 15 gm unsalted butter (1 tbsp) and mix well. All the biscuits and butter should be blended nicely.
  • Now take the biscuit mixture and place it in the paper circle, set it flat using a spoon or a weight. Keep it in fridge to set for 10-15 mins.
  • Next in a bowl, take 50 gm cream cheese, add 1 tbsl powdered sugar, 100 gm chilled whipping cream and few drops of vanilla essence. Beat it up well with a beater till it doesn't form a thick cream batter.
  • Then add 2-3 tbsp mango fruit filling and again blend the batter again. Now place this cream topping using a pipping bag or a spoon.
  • Keep this cheesecake to set in the deep fridge for 2-3 hours. After it is set, remove the paper and give the sides and top a smooth finish.
  • Then in a pipping bag take cream and orange cream one side and using N11 nozzle, place small dots on the cheesecake. Next place some mango fruit topping on the cream and garnish with golden leaves.
