Sugar Free Diabetic Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 

  • 110 gm curd
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 th baking soda
  • 1/4 th tsp vanilla essence
  • 10 gm sugar free
  • 25 gm Besan
  • 30 gm Jawar Aata
  • 35 gm oats
  • 5 gm flax seeds
  • 10 gm cocoa powder
  • 70-80 gm milk

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, take 100 gm fresh curd (at room temperature), 10 gm sugar free (stevia). Mix both ingredients well, till sugar completely dissolves in the curd.
  • Next, in the same mixture add 3/4 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix well.
  • In another bowl take dry ingredients: 35 gm oats, 5 gm flax seeds powder, 30 gm jowar atta, 25 gm besan, and cocoa powder and seive together. Mix all the dry powers well so that nicely blended together.
  • Then, add few drops of vanilla essence in the curd mixture and add the dry flour mixture gradually along with milk by cut and fold method.
  • In the meanwhile pre-heat the oven at 180 degree and take a tin and place Brown Oddy Ecobake papers and pour the entire batter in the cake tin.
  • Tap the batter so that it evenly settles down. Bake the cake for 20-30 mins at 180 degrees. After baking, garnish with sugar free chocolate ganache and serve.
