No-oven chocolate cake without eggs

About the Recipe

Today we are going to see how to make a chocolate cake without eggs. Here, we are going to bake our cake in a deep-bottomed vessel with salt at its bottom to create an oven setup. Oddy Ecobake is used to get the perfect shape for your cake without greasing the steel vessel.

Ingredients

 

  • Milk - 1/2 cup + Vinegar - 1/2 tsp & Vanilla essence - 2 drops
  • Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup & Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Maida or wheat flour - 1 cup & Cocoa powder
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp, baking soda - 1/4 tsp & Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - A pinch & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Pour warm milk in a bowl and add vinegar to it; mix well. Once the milk starts to curdle, add sugar, oil, and vanilla essence to it and give them a good mix.
  • Sieve and add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the bowl. Add milk to adjust the consistency of the batter. Transfer the cake batter to a flat-bottomed steel vessel lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • In a deep-bottomed vessel over medium heat, bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into small pieces and enjoy.
