Try this oreo icecream at home with fresh cream and Oreo biscuits. This recipe is a simple one with just a handful of ingredients. Ecobake helps in making ice cream, apart from aiding in baking cakes. Ecobake is eco-friendly and can be reused.

Ingredients

Fresh cream - 200gm
1/2 cup sugar
Oreo biscuits powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

Whisk fresh cream in a bowl until it reaches a fluffy consistency and doubles in size.
Place a bowl with ice pieces below the cream bowl.
Add vanilla essence, sugar and oreo biscits powder to the cream and mix well.
Place Ecobake cooking paper in a box and transfer the cream to it.
Freeze the box for 8 hours and serve the icecream in a bowl.
