Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk & 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar & 3 Tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour & 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder & 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • Peanut butter or any crush

Directions

  • Mix dry and wet ingredients to make a smooth cake batter. Transfer the batter to a cake tin lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Preheat a griddle pan on low heat for 5 minutes before placing the cake pan on it and covering it with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  • Whip 1 cup of chilled whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed. After 15 minutes, check the cake by pricking it with a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean, the cake is ready. When the cake cools down, take it out of the tin and cut it into 2 portions.
  • Take 200 gms of dark chocolate compound, chop it and transfer it to a bowl. Put hot water in a bowl and place the chocolate bowl on it. Melt the chocolate until smooth. When the chocolate is smooth, add 1 tbsp of oil to it and mix well.
  • Place the melted chocolate in a rectangular box. This box should be slightly bigger than the previous rectangle box we used to make ice. Take out the ice box from the fridge after 8 to 9 hours. Hold it with both the spoon handles and dip it in the melted chocolate box.
  • Take it out as soon as the chocolate has nicely coated the ice. Keep it upside down and wait for 1-2 minutes until the chocolate is well set. Once the chocolate is set, turn the ice cube upside down once again and you will see a chocolate box on the plate.
  • Place the chocolate box on a plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on it. Place one cake portion on it and moisten it with sugar syrup. Spread some peanut butter on it. You can use any filling or crush of your choice.
  • Toss in some tutti frutti and spread one more layer of whipped cream. Place another cake portion on it. Place a cake board on a chocolate box and turn it upside down. Transfer the cake to a cake board and make a zigzag pattern with melted white chocolate.
  • Add some pink food colour to the whipped cream and place this cream in a piping bag with the nozzle of your choice. Make a braided border on the cake bottom as shown, and make some flowers on the cake top too.
