Make Masala Peanuts Without Oil

About the Recipe

Try this masala peanuts recipe at home without using a drop of oil in the oven. These masala peanuts are both healthy and crunchy. Ecobake helps to make the masala peanuts in an oven with zero oil. Ecobake is environmentally friendly and can be reused five to six times.

  • Peanuts & Besan
  • Red chilli powder, ajwain, salt
  • Citric powder and water



  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make the masala. Coat the peanuts with the prepared masala. Take a baking tray and line it with slightly crushed Ecobake cooking paper.
  • Transfer the coated peanuts to the Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the peanuts for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 °C. After 20 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and toss the peanuts.
  • Bake them again for 20 minutes at 200 deg C. Your crunchy and tasty masala peanuts are ready.
